SmartFix was founded in 2010 in Dallas Texas by Reggie Sims. Reggie had worked in the consumer electronics industry in the past, and realized that although the need for a reputable, dedicated small electronics repair business was present, no company had stepped forward to take on that role in his area.
Because Tech and Appliance has always been associated with each other he decided to combine the Two and act as a Technical Hub for all of the Common Consumer and Business needs of our Clients .

Within two years, he and his team had expanded our Repair line to all of the most common Techie Stuff and most Major Appliances , and with the demand for growth showing no signs of slowing, he decided to offer Mail in Service to make it easier for clients across the country as well as locally to receive service.
